The house went back into the market the third time, and once again, within a week, we got another solid offer and we accepted it. The buyer did a home inspections and on there some minor things came up that we were to fix. Cassidy did not hesitate to offer assistance regarding this and went out and got with a "handyman" for the items that needed to be fixed. She also went above and beyond to fixing our jacuzzi tub herself - I told her to add "handy woman" to her multi-talented resume as well! We sold that house! She also referred us to an out of state Real estate agent, since we were moving! All in all, we are extremely satisfied with her services! You rock, C”
