We've bought and sold properties before, but never had such a pleasant experience as this one. From the moment we reached out to her, we got such an amazing personalized service that we felt like we were the only ones she was doing business with! She came to our house to look at it and right off the bat guided us through what the market is and provided us the COMPS for the area. We were comfortable with her and immediately hired her. She listed our house and within two days arranged an Open house. We got an offer that same day and accepted it. She guided us through the whole process. However, the deal fell through due to buyer's financing. She listed the house again, and immediately we got another offer. We went through the offer in detail again and accepted it. However, when it came down to the closing time, the buyer requested another two weeks of extension and we agreed to it. Then two weeks later, the buyers wanted another 2 and a half weeks to close, at which point, we ended up getting out of the contract. So, the Earnest Money was due to us, but the buyer wouldn't release it. Cassidy took on this challenge and got us the full amount for the Earnest Money that was due to us. The house went back into the market the third time, and once again, within a week, we got another solid offer and we accepted it. The buyer did a home inspections and on there some minor things came up that we were to fix. Cassidy did not hesitate to offer assistance regarding this and went out and got with a "handyman" for the items that needed to be fixed. She also went above and beyond to fixing our jacuzzi tub herself - I told her to add "handy woman" to her multi-talented resume as well! We sold that house! She also referred us to an out of state Real estate agent, since we were moving! All in all, we are extremely satisfied with her services! You rock, C”

We felt very comfortable working with her. She had a good understanding of the market trends and invested her time, talent and heart in getting the job done most efficaciously. Karen guided us in preparing the property for viewings. All precautions were taken by her to keep the walkthroughs safe in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Excellent photographs of the property were taken professionally and posted on the web along with heartwarming descriptions of each room and the neighborhood. This was an exemplary listing. Beautiful brochures were designed and printed by her to hand out to the the prospective buyers. Her sign outside the property was very impressive, especially the spot lights that came on every evening. After posting the house on Monday she organized two open houses on the same weekend. Visible signs were posted at strategic locations that helped attract some prospective buyers including the couple who eventually purchased the property. Two more Open Houses were organized the following weekend. Open Houses were conducted most efficiently with live virtual walkthroughs on Facebook and other social media platforms In a brief span of about ten days or less we had a contract on the house at a price acceptable to us. Besides being very creative, Karen is thorough in her knowledge about the process of closing and sincerely walked us through the entire transaction. We are so glad that we chose Karen to be our realtor. Her expertise was evident in how well she conducted the entire project with her heart and soul in it. Karen is highly skilled in her craft, very capable, tenacious, detail oriented, attentive, sincere and a person with great integrity. Besides that she is thoughtful and caring. I first met Karen after an open house that was in my neighborhood (a few houses down from my house). She was looking at the house for another client, and she saw me outside as she was leaving and asked me some questions about the neighborhood. From the start, Karen and I hit it off and I mentioned that we were planning to put our house on the market soon and she gave me her card and took my contact info. She immediately followed up with me via email and told me to contact her any time if I had any questions. This was in early December 2016. Since that initial contact, I reached out to Karen on numerous occasions for several months before we even signed the contract with her to ask questions and to get her input on some things. Karen was always very helpful and extremely patient with us and was never pushy at all during the entire process. Additionally, Karen was always very prompt in responding to phone messages, texts and emails during the times she was traveling (even way before we signed the contract and listed our house).
